How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Delete Account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
I'm having trouble with a ticket I purchased.
Email us with the event name and the email address on your account, and we'll help sort it out.
I want to report a user or an event.
You can report directly from the app: open the user's profile or the event, and tap Report. You can also block a user from their profile.
I'm a student organization and want to host events.
